Drilling Template – Perfect Alignment for Knobs and Handles

The Drilling Template is a simple and effective tool designed to make the installation of knobs and handles quick, accurate, and consistent. Easy to use, it ensures precise hole placement on every cabinet door and drawer front — for a perfectly balanced and professional finish every time.

Featuring a central notch for easy positioning, the template hangs securely on the edge of a door or drawer, allowing you to mark or drill with confidence. With eight holes in height and seventeen holes in length, it supports eight c/c dimensions ranging from 32 mm to 256 mm. The middle row is ideal for knob placement, while the 3 mm hole diameter ensures compatibility with standard hardware.

All handles from Beslag Design come with M4 screws (8mm head, 4mm threaded section). For best results, we recommend using a 4mm drill bit.

How to use:

1. Measure or confirm the c/c dimension of your handle.

2. Mark the centre of the door or drawer using tape to avoid surface marks.

3. Position the drilling template and mark the correct holes with a pencil.

4. For best results, place a small piece of tape behind the drilling area to reduce splintering.

5. Drill the holes using a 4mm drill bit.

6. Mount your new handles using the included M4 screws.
